“Holy Holocaust” stems from animation resources to deliver a contemporary and amusing perspective on the boundaries between public and private, intimate and national, specific and universal identities, in which the main gesture is acknowledging difference as the cornerstone of the relationship between the two protagonists. Osi Wald, Noa Berman-Herzberg
Osi Wald is an independent animation director and artist, a lecturer in Bezalel Academy of arts. She was a key member of the animation team of "Waltz With Bashir" and "The Congress", by Ari Folman. Noa Berman-Herzberg is a screenwriter & film creator, lecturer in Bezalel Academy of Arts and Sam Spigel School of Cinema. Among her works are "Mabul", in collaboration with Guy Nattiv, winner of special mention, Berlin FF, 2011, based on their short, winner of the crystal bear, 2002.
