Synopsis
In this animation film directed by Camila Ribeiro, stories permeate Jussara’s everyday life, an elderly woman who serves as a griot for those around her. Through her ordinary and extraordinary fiction narratives, Jussara welcomes, helps, and nourishes those who listen to her. However, the day comes when Jussara is the one who must be cared for. (K.M.)

Camila Ribeiro is the screenwriter of "Arroz de Hauçá" - best screenplay for a feature film at Cabíria Festival 2021 and honorable mention at FRAPA 2022. The project was selected in seven laboratories, including Nordestelab, New Stories Lab Sesc-SP, and Brlab. She directed and wrote the dance-video "Sobre Elise" and the animated short film "Jussara" - which premiered at the 2023 Tiradentes IFF. She has worked as an art producer for 13 years, with over 30 productions.
