In this animation film directed by Camila Ribeiro, stories permeate Jussara’s everyday life, an elderly woman who serves as a griot for those around her. Through her ordinary and extraordinary fiction narratives, Jussara welcomes, helps, and nourishes those who listen to her. However, the day comes when Jussara is the one who must be cared for. (K.M.)
