A woman bids farewell. Outside, the ambiance of a war and, with it, political persecutions. On the screen, the meticulous construction of a mise en scène trying to grasp the nuances behind more than an ordinary farewell. The men on the outside and the women on the other side of the image tension the forces of tragic ruptures through the sparsely lit narrative, the delicate intensity of gestures and, above all, silences that tell so many stories.
