Synopsis
If the silencing of women is a constant reality in the world of listeners, everything becomes infinitely more intricate and potentially violent when we discuss rights among the community of deaf women. The film presents powerful testimonials from three such women as they recount their experiences as feminists trying to overcome several additional obstacles within a patriarchal society. (C. A)

Larissa Nepomuceno
Larissa Nepomuceno is a screenwriter and film director. She holds a BA in Cinema from the European Center, a BA in Visual Arts and a master's degree in Education from the Federal University of Paraná. Her first short film, the documentary Megg - A Margem que Migra para o Centro, earned seven awards and two honorable mentions in over sixty participations in festivals around the world.
