Such is the moment when a voice takes over a body. What can then happen to this voice, now embodied, as to the flesh, taken and abducted by such voice? And, above all, what is this body that takes shape? By adapting the homonymous play, directors Ricardo Alves Jr. and Grace Passô work with the very structure of stage-audience on the scene, as well as the play of lights and the sound exercise of this staging to provide us with eyes and ears for these structures of power that exist when one listens and sees.
Ricardo Alves Jr, Grace Passô Grace Passô is a Brazilian actress, director, and playwright. She develops her work in theater and cinema in partnerships with several Brazilian artists and theatrical companies.Ricardo Alves is from Belo Horizonte. He holds a BA in Cinema from Universidad del Cine (Buenos Aires). He has worked as a director and producer since 2006 and his films have been screened at major film festivals around the world such as Cannes, Berlinale, Locarno, and Rotterdam.
