Vik Von Holleben

Vik von Holleben is a visual artist, filmmaker, and performer with a BA in Audiovisual from UNESPAR. Her research interest includes themes related to dissident bodies, gender, and disability, in addition to working with design, illustration, and cultural production. She has participated in festivals such as Olhar de Cinema and FIDÉ BRASIL.

Jonatas Medeiros

Jonatas Medeiros is a Libras translator and interpreter and an actor. Master’s candidate in Translation Studies at UFSC (2020). Postgraduate degree in Film and Audiovisual Production from PUC/PR (2021). Ba in Literature/Libras from UFPR (2019). Libras Translator and Interpreter degree certified by UFSC/MEC (2011). He is interested in the intermodal/intersemiotic translation of artistic and literary texts and interlocution with theater plays and bilingual/bicultural production, as well as immersion in AVT – Audiovisual Translation. His research focuses on textual genres in Libras and literacy skills, academic translation, translation and human rights, as well as artistic translation.

Rhaul de Lemos

Rhaul de Lemos Santos is a doctoral candidate in Education at UFPR under the research line Education: Diversity, Difference, and Social Inequality; MA in Education from UFPR under the research line Education: Diversity, Difference, and Social Inequality (2019). Postgraduate degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (2013). Postgraduate degree in Bilingual Education for Deaf People from the Instituto Paranaense de Ensino (2016). Libras Interpreter and Translator ProLibras 2014. Member of the research group GILDA – Interdisciplinary Group on Language, Difference, and Subjectivation (UFPR/CNPq). His research focuses on Black Deaf People, Racial Literacy Skills, and Deaf Poetry Slam.

Rafaela Hoebel

Rafaela Hoebel is deaf and holds a BA in Literature/Libras – Brazilian Sign Language and Portuguese Language from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC – 2012) at the pole Federal University of Paraná (UFPR); Specialist Degree in Special Education with emphasis on Bilingual Education for Deaf People and Portuguese/Libras from the Instituto Paranaense de Ensino (IPE); MA in Education and New Technologies from Centro Universitário Internacional (UNITER). She works as a Libras professor at universities, free courses, training courses for Libras translators-interpreters, audiovisual courses, and for deaf instructors. She works as a language consultant, translation editor, and translation-performance in Libras in various contents such as theater, films, video clips and songs, election advertisements.
